DELIVERY + PICKUP
We deliver your rental items to your venue and return after your event to pick up the packed items.
Delivery: $2.54 per mile from Indie Charm to the venue ($30 minimum)
Pick-Up: $2.54 per mile from the venue back to Indie Charm ($30 minimum)
For extra-large orders or deliveries and pick-ups requiring service to multiple buildings, an additional charge of up to $1.90 per mile per service may apply. This fee is assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the order size and
SET UP
Setup service is available based on availability and includes placing your Indie Charm rentals, table décor, and napkins (if provided and ready to be set out).
Please note that setup service is only available with both rentals and delivery.
Place setting set up: $1.90 per place setting
Table décor setup: $5.00 per
DINNER CLEARING & PACKING
Dinner clearing and packing service is available based on availability and includes clearing tables throughout dinner, dessert, and the remainder of the evening. Our team will clear and pack your rentals, scrape plates, rinse flatware, rack glassware, and pack décor items.
Please note that this service is only available with both rentals and pick-up service.
Dinner clearing & packing: $6.85 per
END-OF-NIGHT CLEARING
End-of-night clearing and packing service includes clearing and packing glassware, décor, candle holders, and other rentals once they are no longer in use.
Please note that this service is only available with both rentals and pickup service.
