Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my rentals are returned late?
Late returns that have not been pre-approved will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost. If rental items are not returned within 2 days of the scheduled return date and we are unable to contact you, the items may be considered unreturned property, and appropriate action may be taken. Prompt returns help ensure rentals are available for other scheduled events. Thank you!
Why do you have us sign a Photography Release?
With your permission, we would love to use photos from your event featuring our rentals on our website, social media, marketing, and other promotional materials. If you agree, we may contact your photographer after your event to request permission to use their images. If you prefer that only detail shots (without people) be used, just let us know.
What happens if rental items are lost or damaged?
Lost, damaged, or missing rental items will be charged up to 4× the rental price. Lost or damaged equipment provided with your order (including racks, totes, stands, easels, dollies, crates, and other storage containers) will be charged at the current replacement cost.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A 25% fully refundable security deposit is required with your final payment. After your rentals are returned, all items will be inspected for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. Any applicable fees will be deducted from your security deposit, and if additional charges exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be due. If all items are returned in their original condition, your security deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days of the return.
Do you only provide rentals, or do you help with design too?
We're happy to do both! Whether you already have a vision or would like guidance bringing your ideas together, we're here to help. We can offer styling recommendations, suggest rental combinations, and assist with creating a cohesive look—while giving you as much or as little design support as you'd like.
How should rental items be returned?
Please rinse or wipe all plates free of food, thoroughly rinse flatware, and rinse teacups and teapots before returning them. Return all items in their original containers, and place emptied goblets upside down in their racks with the protective bags replaced. Please do not wash any rental items in a dishwasher. Candlesticks and hurricane vases should be returned free of wax. A cleaning fee of $0.30 per tableware item may be charged if tableware is not properly cleaned. Additional fees may apply for damaged items.
